RAD 140 (Testolone) is a fairly new SARM with the first studies published around 2010. These studies were done on mice and monkeys, but RAD 140 was shown to increase muscle mass while on it. RAD 140 contains only one ingredient, Testolone. Testolone, again, has been shown to increase muscle mass gains while limiting or reducing body fat.
SARMs are similar to anabolic steroids in the positive effects you get from it, but are limiting in negative side effects you get from from steroids like increased acne, loss of body hair, anger, etc. RAD 140 has also been shown to improve cognitive functions and the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases. RAD 140, per recent studies, has been shown to increase strength, endurance, stamina and strength.
It should be noted, per the USDA, RAD 140 is a banned substance.

You hear a lot of chatter about whether or not to stack SARMs. Now per a lot of websites they recommend it. In fact, we’ve done that here before. But I wanted to run RAD 140 by itself to see the effect that it had on me running solo. The recommended dosage per some websites for RAD 140 said 20-30mg per day. After a conversation with The Guerrilla Chemist (he said that was way too much) I decided on 9mg per day. I would recommend between 9mg and 15mg per day.
My starting weight was 194. After 30-days on RAD 140, my weight went to 198. My body fat remained consistent right around 12/13%. I felt leaner, and I felt stronger. I did not change anything about my workouts. Here is my weekly workout patter:

I did increase my calorie intake by about 500 per day, give or take. I consumed more carbs on large exercise days (legs/back). I felt that I recovered quickly from intense workouts and was able to get up the next day at 5am and get after it again.
Overall, I feel RAD 140 was effective for me. I would like to experiment in the future with going up in dosage to around 12-15mg per day to see if that makes a difference. This product is said to increase muscle mass while not increasing body fat…it did just that.
*Side Note: I do recommend taking a PCT post-cycle as your total and free test levels will diminish. You want to get those back up in normal ranges ASAP. You may also experience higher cholesterol. Make sure you consume enough fatty acids like omega 3, 6 and 9 to help combat that. Lastly, you want to protect your liver anytime you take a muscle-building supplement. We took NAC.

Dosage varies depending on your goal. Some websites claims 20-30mg per day if you're bulking. I turned to our friend The Guerrilla Chemist to help us out. He said anywhere from 9mg-15mg per day is sufficient of RAD 140. You get 3mg per capsule with this product so I was taking three per day for 30-days. If you go up in dosage you won't have a full 30-day supply, but this is dependent on your goal and what you're trying to accomplish.

I look at SARMs the same way I look at any muscle building supplement. Prohormones retail for over $60 a bottle. Anabolic steroids (if you can find them) retail for over $70 a bottle (if not a lot more). SARMs provide the same effect as PHs and steroids in terms of building lean muscle, but do not carry the negative side effects you get with PHs and steroids. The price? Less than $70.
