Lemon Fat Bombs

Low carb days. You either love em or hate em. To make a low carb day less painful, I generally up my fats a bit to hold myself over longer until my next meal. Healthy fats, like coconut oil, have a ton of health benefits and can be incorporated into your day in a bunch of different ways. Like these Lemon Fat Bombs!

Lemon Fat Bombs

Lemon Fat Bombs are a deliciously healthy treat that will give you 25g of healthy fats and the cool down you need during the hot summer heat!

 6 tbsp grass-fed butter, melted
 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
 juice & zest of 1/2 lemon
 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for 20-30 seconds.

Place two tablespoons of fat bomb mixture into a silicon or line muffin tin and freeze for 1+ hours.

Enjoy as a healthy snack!
