I did gain some weight, but I was also increasing my calories by a lot. I did notice muscular gains via the mirror. It is important to note that when you take Laxogenin, you want to lift heavy and eat more to make it work at its best.
The use of L-Carnitine really, for me, wasn’t noticeable, however I do not think I was L-Carnitine deficient. That means I didn’t really need the extra 1,000mg of L-Carnitine in this product.
Overall, I think this Laxogenin+ is effective when used with a proper diet and exercise program. I think a big higher dosage of Laxogenin would be benefited me.
