Axe & Sledge High Stim DBAP Pre-Workout Available Now

Axe & Sledge entered uncharted territory with the launch of their new high-stim pre-workout DBAP. DBAP is officially available now in two flavors, Sherbet and White Cherry. There has been much talk about the new DBAP from Axe & Sledge, with almost all of it surrounding the amount of stimulants used in this pre-workout.

DBAP is a new category of pre-workouts for Axe & Sledge. The brand carried by large retailers like GNC has created a niche product for the stim junkies.

The formula starts with 3.2g Beta Alanine, a non stimulant ingredient that can give the user tingles but also aids in muscle endurance.

Betaine Anhydrous is dosed at 2.5g. This is a great dosage of a key ingredient that can aid in performance output.

L-Taurine, an ingredient used to regulate electrolytes, is dosed at 1g.

Tyrosine, an ingredient that can help improve focus and clarity, is also dosed at 1g.

Now we get into the stuff people are talking about. We get 475mg caffeine anhydrous per serving. In a space where 300mg caffeine seems common, 475mg of caffeine is significantly high. But wait, there’s more. The brand also puts in 100mg of zumXR extended release caffeine which yields approximately 74mg caffeine. This is a total of 550mg caffeine per serving.

Alpha-GPC is dosed at 300mg to help with the mind-muscle connection. This is a choline molecule that can cross the blood-brain barrier to aid in focus and memory.

Users will also get 99mg Theobromine, a metabolite of caffeine. It can have similar effects as caffeine.

GBB, an ingredient that has been described as “super Carnitine” is dosed at 30mg. This ingredient will make users sweat a lot.

Synephrine HCl is dosed at 30mg. This stimulant can increase body temperature and stimulant the central nervous system.

Alpha-Yohimbine is dosed at 2.7mg. This is the hardest hitting form of Yohimbine. Many users cannot tolerate Yohimbine in general.

Lastly, users get more Yohimbine in 2mg of generic Yohimbine.
