Core Nutritionals is back, and this time they have just revealed a cool new product. We have teased Core ZONE on our IG for over a month now, and we are happy now that we can share the profile with you.
Core Zone starts off with Acetyl-L-Carnitine at one gram. ALCAR is a form of Carnitine that cross the blood-brain barrier very well and is common in nootropics. It can aid with focus, and is nice to see in ZONE. Following this we get one of our favorite ingredients, Tyrosine. Tyrosine is. precursor to Dopamine, and has been shown to help with focus under stress.
The next two ingredients are Taurine and Citicholine. Taurine can aid with blood flow and Citicholine is known as a high quality form of Choline. Nice to see Core use this over Choline Bitartrate, and at a solid 500mg.
Next up comes Mucuna, which is a source of L-DOPA, another precursor to Dopamine. Bacopa is a well-known and well-studied nootropic supplement, and can increase oxygen to the brain.
Of course, Caffeine has been added to the mix, and at a modest dose of 150mg. This is a very fair dose, and great for times when you need focus and energy but don’t want to be bouncing off of the walls. Neurofactor is also in here at the clinical dose of 100mg.
The final two ingredients are Huperzine A at 20mg (1% standardization). Huperzine A prevents choline from being broken down in the brain and is common in nootropics. Pregnenalone is the last ingredient at 10mg. Core has also thrown this in their preworkout, and art is worth looking into for focus benefits.
