Overview of Feed Me More Nutrition Wake Up Unlimited Energy

Feed Me More Nutrition was born from a passion for fitness and a healthier way of life. The creator of Feed Me More Nutrition is Ryback Reeves, a former WWE superstar. Yes, Ryback the professional wrestler. Any look at his appearance will suggest that he is passionate about being healthy. He pours the same passion into his supplements with Feed Me More Nutrition. His goal is to create supplements that are healthier alternatives to the popular supplements on the market today but offer the same, if not better, results.

Wake Up Unlimited Energy is a unique product in the pre-workout market due to the use of Stevia instead of sucralose. Wake Up Unlimited Energy also uses a unique blend of ingredients from natural sources instead of other ingredients that others have found riske. The area of improvement comes in the taste section of this product but that could be due to the use of natural ingredients. Overall, Wake Up Unlimited Energy does produce great energy and a nice pump with zero crash at a decent price.

Why You Should Trust Our Reviews

Our review panel is made up of individuals with many years of experience in the sports nutrition industry, dating back to the early 2000’s. Their tenure gives them knowledge on brands, supplements, ingredients, dosages and more.
Unlike the majority of “review” sites on the internet, Fitness Informant reviews every supplement on a full-container basis. What does this mean? It means that a review is not written or recorded until the last serving of that product has been finished. We’ve all had products that were great for the first couple of days, but then lost their effectiveness shortly after. We want to ensure you are getting a full review based on a full product.
We breakdown each ingredient in our reviews to educate you on exactly what the ingredients do, and what is the proper dosage of each ingredient to effectively do what they are intended to do.
Our number #1 priority is to inform you proper supplement selection through honest reviews. The majority of “review” sites on the internet will push you to buy a certain product based on the commissions they received. Not us. We want you to purchase the highest quality supplements at the best value. We put your health and wellness first. To achieve your goals we want you to use only the best supplements that you can afford. We do this by being honest.

Testing Results and Ratings

We reviewed Feed Me More Nutrition Wake Up Unlimited Energy on five categories. We first start by looking at it’s ingredient profile. This portion of the review looks at the different ingredients used in the pre-workout, what their intention is and how effectively dosed are each ingredient.

We then look at effectiveness. An effective pre-workout will use high quality, proven ingredients, at clinically backed dosages.  This is generally an extension of the profile section. The higher quality ingredients used at proper dosages, the more effective that product will be.

Then we move into the taste of the different flavors we’ve tried. We grade each flavor separately and average the scores for their overall taste rating. We were able to test out the following flavors: Pink Lemonade.

Mixability refers to how well the powder mixes in 12oz of water. We use the shaker bottle test. This would be your typical Blender Bottle with the spiral chrome ball.

Finally, we talk about value. Value is the combination of profile, effectiveness, taste and mixability in relation to cost. Another part of value are the competitors and other versions of pre-workout products on the market.

Ingredients Profile

Wake Up Unlimited Energy uses all natural sources to produce the energy, the focus and the pump you look for in a pre-workout product.

For energy and strength, Wake Up Unlimited Energy uses 350mg of Caffeine Anhydrous, 200mg of Asian Ginseng Root Extract which has shown to reduce fatigue in people, 2g of Beta Alanine (clinical dose is 3.2g), and  500mg of Taurine. The Caffeine Anhydrous in one serving is equal to about 3.5 cups of coffee in terms of caffeine, quite the kick and dosed on the high-end of pre-workouts.

For focus Wake Up Unlimited Energy uses 200mg of L-Theanine. There is evidence that the Asian Ginseng Root Extract also makes people feel more alert.

The pump factor of Wake Up Unlimited Energy uses several different common ingredients but also several most are not familiar with. It does start with 3g of L-Citrulline Malate (clinical dose is 6g), 1.1g of L-Arginine HCl, 1.1g of L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate and 5mg of Yohimbine. These are ingredients we are familiar with. The L-Citrulline Malate I thought could be dosed higher as I have seen this as high as 6g. The ingredients we aren’t are Pine Bark Extract (200mg), Grape Seed Extract (250mg) and Chocolate Bean Extract (50mg). Collectively these provide the pump.

Overall we like the use of natural ingredients versus more of the “chemical” ingredients you find in many pre-workouts, however some of the main ingredients are under dosed.
Wake Up Unlimited Energy label

I will admit when I first got this product and read the label I did not think it would be that effective given it was DMAA/DMHA free and not a lot of ingredients that I recognized. The ones that I did recognize were at dosages less than I had been used too in extremely effective pre-workout supplements (Beta Alanine and L-Cittruline Malate). However, collectively these ingredients at their dosages did OK for me. I am admittedly a stim-junkie (I like stimulant based PWO) and this worked well.

The energy far exceeded my expectations. It also kicked in quickly. I felt a very nice euphoric energy throughout the lift. I even had a nice kick in the beginning.

The pump, again, far exceeded my expectations. I am someone who doesn’t get vascular from any pump ingredients but my muscles do fill up. The combination of the natural ingredients along with the pump ingredients we are familiar with provided a great pump.

The one area that I feel could be improved is the cognitive function area aka focus. I love this part about pre-workouts. I did feel zoned in at the task at hand but I have had other PWOs that provided better cognitive functionality in my opinion. L-Theanine is a popular choice in PWOs for focus but there are other ingredients such as Alpha GPC that offer a better focus.

Overall I liked this PWO for effectiveness. It does as it says. You get great energy, with no crash, a nice pump and an improved focus.

Pink Lemonade: (3/10)

Taste is the one area where Wake Up Unlimited Energy does not do it for me. Just to make sure it wasn’t my taste buds I allowed others to try it and the feedback was the same, they didn’t like it. It wasn’t unbearable by any means but it wasn’t good either. I believe this is due to the fact that it includes natural ingredients like Ginseng and Root Extracts.

It is also sweetened with Stevia versus sucralose. I did not get a chance to try Cherry Limeade but I hope that is better. They always say there is room for improvement and this is the area that I think Feed Me More Nutrition will improve.

Wake Up Unlimited Energy pre-workout supplement mixes fairly well overall. The use of all-natural ingredients, at times, can make it less soluble in water. This is a minor case for this pre-workout. I used a blender bottle for the most part or the contour bottle with the hard ball (Feed Me More Nutrition’s bottle) and there was some residue at the bottom, even after a few vigorous shakes. With that said, there are a lot of pre-workouts on the market and I would say 99% of them don’t mix completely with water.

Wake Up Unlimited Energy can be found online around $40 for 30-servings of this pre-workout. This price point has become a popular one. You can get PWOs around $30 but I would say the majority of the PWOs that are higher quality are around $40. Given that Wake Up Unlimited Energy is a higher quality PWO with all-natural ingredients that does provide the effectiveness you’d expect from this PWO a $40 price tag is right inline with where it should be.
