Studies show that it is effective in the animal testing they’ve (not Repp Sports) done. Now I know how some people feel about animal testing, but we’re not here to get into that. Based on other capsule Phenibut products 250mg per capsule seems appropriate. Phenibut is the real deal. The instructions say to take two capsules during the day (500mg) for relaxation. Prior to bed it instructs you to take three (750mg). This should be based on your weight but I jumped right in.
The two capsules for relaxation worked nicely. Hell, you might even get away with one. I work a pretty stressful job so having these to calm me down in my afternoons worked great.
The real benefit of Phenibut, to me, is how it helps you fall into a deep sleep. Those of us who train hard know that sleep is our friend. This is when your body heals itself and produces the most growth hormone to increase muscle gains and speed up recovery. On only 750mg of Phenibut I fell into deep sleeps and slept through the entire night. I would go to bed at 9pm and get up at 5am…that’s a solid 8-hours of sleep.
Unlike some reports I have read, I did not experience any vivid dreams. I was just out. Cold. I loved it.
Regarding addiction or abuse I could see how one might feel addicted to this as it provides an amazing sleep but don’t become dependent on it. Use it when you really need a good nights sleep. Plus then it will last longer!
