Our cinnamon apple pie overnight oats recipe is a protein-packed breakfast (or any day part) option providing adequate amounts of protein, carbs and fats. This simple recipe can be made in minutes, set overnight and ready to eat before the sun comes up!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Plain
  • 1/4 cup Oats Gluten Free
  • 1/4 cup Apple Sauce Unsweeteneed

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk Unsweetened
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon (if desired)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients inside of mason jar, seal

  • Place mixture inside of refrigerator
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours
  • Top with a pinch of cinnamon (if desired) and enjoy!

Notes

To make different flavors, replace the fruit and protein powder with your personal preference.
