Equipment

  • 9" x 9" baking pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop The Genius Brand Chocolate Vegan Protein
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
  • cup Flour flour of your choice
  • cup Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¾ cup Egg Whites
  • cup Pumpkin Purée
  • ½ tbsp Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cup Sugar Free Chocolate Flavored “Coffee” Syrups
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Set oven to 350° F
  • Mix all dry ingredients, including Genius Brand Chocolate Vegan Protein
  • Mix all liquid ingredients
  • Combine dry and liquid ingredients in one bowl and mix well (should be thick)
  • Place in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes
  • Put parchment paper in 9x9 baking pan
  • Pour batter in pan and smooth (add chocolate chips)
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350° F
  • Let cool and enjoy! (Also good after putting in fridge overnight and served cold)
