Donuts
- ⅓ cup Coconut Flour
- ⅓ cup Truvia
- ⅓ cup Fitness Informant Approved Chocolate Whey Protein
- 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
- ⅓ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
- ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 Whole Egg
Glaze
- 2 tbsp Grenade Carb Killa White Chocolate Cookie Protein Spread
- 2 Oreo Cookies crushed
- 2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips melted
Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly spray donut pans with non-stick spray.
In a small bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, mix together all of the wet ingredients.
Fold dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mixture should be smooth.
Add mixture to ziploc bag. Cut off a corner and add mixture to donut pans. Bake 21-23 minutes.
Remove from oven and let donuts cool 2-3 minutes before removing them.
Remove donuts from pan. Prepare your glaze.
