Ingredients
  

Donuts

  • cup Coconut Flour
  • cup Truvia
  • cup Fitness Informant Approved Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 Whole Egg

Glaze

  • 2 tbsp Grenade Carb Killa White Chocolate Cookie Protein Spread
  • 2 Oreo Cookies crushed
  • 2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly spray donut pans with non-stick spray.
  • In a small bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, mix together all of the wet ingredients.
  • Fold dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mixture should be smooth.
  • Add mixture to ziploc bag. Cut off a corner and add mixture to donut pans. Bake 21-23 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let donuts cool 2-3 minutes before removing them.
  • Remove donuts from pan. Prepare your glaze.
  • Heat up Grenade Carb Killa White Chocolate Cookie Protein Spread [use code INFORMANT to save 25%] in microwave. Dip each top of the donut into the mixture to coat evenly.
  • OPTIONAL: Sprinkle crushed Oreos over the top of the glaze. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top of the Oreo crumble.
