Nootropics are great. I am a big fan of Lion's Mane, and at the two scoop rate is it using the recommended 500mg. I do like then use of natural caffeine and TeaCrine for a nice subtle, but sustaining energy kick. We have a unit of this on its way to us here at FI to test out and review.
