A Look At Core Nutritionals Greens Profile and Release Date

With Core Greens set to be launched next week, we thought we would take a quick glance at the profile here for you today and go over what makes it so intriguing. Core has been on a rampage recently with their launches. Fury and Core PRO have been nothing short of impressive, and we are already loving this on here.

core greensTo start, the profile is transparent, something that may seems like the standard for pre-workouts and pump products these days, however Greens products are still mostly proprietary blends. Core Greens starts us off with 2.4 grams of Psyllium Husk, as well as 2 grams of TruServe®. Psyllium Husk is a very popular form of fiber, and is soluble, meaning it attracts water. There are a lot of benefits to soluble fiber, and we could go on for hours over the benefits, but to keep it simple it is great for your digestive tract and can aid in healthy gut bacteria. TruServe® is a trademarked ingredient that is a blend of Organic Kale, Broccoli, and Spinach. TruServe® delivers 14 Kale leaves, 4 Spinach Leaves, and one broccoli floret. While it may not seem like much, it is actually an actual serving of vegetables in a 2 gram blend.

The next 4 ingredients we see are very common in Greens products. These include Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, Chlorella, and Spirulina. All 4 ingredients are at one gram. While the benefits from these ingredients have always been debated, they are almost expected in all Greens products. They certainly have nutrients in them, and are certainly not bad to take. We like the addition of Spirulina and Chlorella especially, as it is a natural source of Chlorophyll, which has animal studies showing it may aid in the removal of heavy metals in the body.

The next ingredient is Spectra™, which is a trademarked blend of fruits, vegetables, and herbs which provides antioxidants. It is gaining in popularity and is great to see in here. At 100mg, it is dosed well.

Finally we come to the last two blend of this product. The first one is an enzyme blend which provides Protease, Amylase, Lipase, and Lactase. Enzyme are responsible for breaking down food, and this aid certainly aid in digestion. Following this you get 5 billion CFUs of probiotics. Probiotics are bacteria that live in your gut and they are essential for health. Another solid addition by Core.

So that does it for the profile, however there is another aspect to Core Greens we’d like to point out. They do list the amount of vitamins that are in here, something that very few Greens supplements on the market actually do. It acts as a Multivitamin and a Greens powder at the same time so to say, and the product is just all around impressive.

Core Greens is set to be launched on Monday April 20th. So stay tuned for a any updates!

Final Takeaway

We have been using this recently and we love it. Not only does it have an impressive profile, but it has great flavoring to it as well. The chocolate has been nothing short of enjoyable, and although we haven't had the Berry flavor yet, we expect it to be just as impressive.
