We’re back with yet another Core update, and this time it is regarding their upcoming pump product called Core Pump. This goes without saying, but Core Nutritionals is really killing it this year with their launches.
Core Pump as quite an impressive profile, as you will see. One thing we want to point out is that after the launch of Fury, we were wondering what could you possibly stack it with, as it has your bases covered. Well now with the profile out, we now know.
Core Pump starts us off with 6 grams of L-Citrulline, which is the most popular ingredient for inducing pumps, as it converts to Arginine in the body, which is a precursor to Nitric Oxide. At 6 grams you’re getting a solid dose. Following this, you are getting a clinical dose of Beta-Alanine, which to put it simply buffers lactic acid and may help with endurance. This actually makes it a stimulant-free pre-workout vs a simple product by our standards here on FI.
The next ingredient is probably what will put Core Pump over the top for us here. You get 2.5 grams of Betaine Nitrate (NO3-T®). Nitrates are pretty much our favorite pump inducing ingredients here on FI, and at 2.5 grams it is a solid dose. It has a different pathway than Citrulline, so there are no real overlapping ingredients in here.
The next two ingredients are PeakO2® and HydroMax®. PeakO2® is a blend of mushrooms form Compound Solutions, and it can increase VO2 Max, which means it may aid in endurance. As for there HydroMax®, it is trademarked form of Glycerol Monostearate. GMS can aid in cellular hydration and is a very popular ingredient in pump products. At 2 grams it is at a solid dose.
Finally, we have Alpha GPC, which is a form of Choline with a high bioavailability. Alpha GPC converts to Acetylcholine in the brains, which is a neurotransmitter. So you’re getting a nootropic product with Core Pump as well. At 600mg, it is dosed well in Core Pump.

We have been loving this product here on FI. It has been so impressive to us, and it's no surprise really, as Nitrates are amazing for pumps. We almost expect an epic launch deal to go with this, as every release from Core has had one.
