GHOST has been teasing their protein RTDs since the announcement of their partnership with ABI. The reality of that tease has finally come true. GHOST confirmed today via their official Instagram page that the brand will launch two flavors of their protein RTD: Chips Ahoy! and Cereal Milk.
Cereal Milk is a trademark owned by GHOST. They created a whole line of protein powders around this flavor. This will be the original cereal milk flavor.
Chips Ahoy! is a brand owned by Mondelez. GHOST has a great relationship with Mondelez. Chips Ahoy! protein powder launched in 2019. The initial launch sold out in 9-minutes. The biggest difference with the protein RTD version of Chips Ahoy! will be that there will not be actual cookie pieces in the RTD.
No word yet on launch date, but stay tuned to FI for more.
Final Takeaway
Now that the cat is out of the bag, I can let you all know I tried this back in May when we were in Vegas to present the 2020 Brand of the Year belt to GHOST. I only tried Chips Ahoy! and it was excellent. The packaging is also extremely slick. This will quickly rise up as one of the best protein RTDs on the market today.
