Infinis Nutrition Launches Non-Stimulant Ultra Pump

Non-stimulant pump and pre-workout powders have been on the rise since average human consumption of stimulants has grown over the years. One would think that means more stims are consumed during the pre-workout window, and yes many are, but some consumers prefer to get their stimulants from other beverages (energy drinks, etc) or prefer to workout in the afternoon. A quality non-stimulant pre-workout and pump powder will improve performance, cognition and blood flow.

Although the actives start with Citrulline it is important to look above the line. Quaterfolic is dosed at 400mcg. This is Folate that can improve VO2 Max as well as blood flow. 

L-Citrulline – 10g

Once upon a time a 10g dosage of Citrulline would be crazy to think about. In today’s day and age it is starting to become more normal. It is important to note that benefits of Citrulline start at 4-6g and at 10g it may upset some users stomachs and GI. With that said, research has shown that 8-10g of pure Citrulline may be ideal for maximum blood flow.

Citrulline is converted into Arginine in the body after consumption. This then increases Nitric Oxide and the result is more blood flow into your muscles.

Tyrosine – 3,00mg

A 3,000mg dosage of Tyrosine is above industry standard. This non-essential amino acid has been shown to improve performance through increased alertness and focus.  We normally see this around 2,000mg.

Arginine Nitrate (NO3-T) – 2,000mg

Arginine Nitrate is one of the best forms of NO3-T ingredients that yields both arginine and exogenous nitrates. These have been proven to increase NO2 in the body and improve blood flow. 

Betaine Nitrate (NO3-T) – 2,000mg

Betaine Nitrate, again considered one of the best NO3-T nitrates, is dosed at 2,000mg. Collectively you are getting 4,000mg of exogenous nitrates. We should caution you if you use other nitrate based supplements or pharmaceuticals to approach with caution. Too many nitrates can cause blood pressure to significantly drop.

Betaine Nitrate yields betain and nitrates. To many this is considered king of the nitrates and is sure to improve blood flow.

VasoDrive-AP – 1,016mg

We’ve only seen this dosage this high a few times before. You will see many brands under dose VasoDrive-AP at 254mg. Lately many brands have been offering the 508mg dosage (clinically accepted), but none (to our knowledge) have used 1,016mg. This ingredient is hydrolyzed casein peptides that allow the pump to last longer. VasoDrive-AP works by supporting arterial elasticity by inhibiting an enzyme that leads to the constriction of blood vessels.

Himalayan Salt – 500mg

Sea salt is a nice touch to aid in hydration, specifically muscular hydration. Salt gets a negative connotation but it is extremely important to hydration. Traditional table salt can be avoided, but 500mg of Himalayan Salt pre-workout may improve performance and pump. 

Cognizin – 500mg

Cognizin is a patent form of CDP-Choline. The 500mg dosage is the expected dosage of CDP-Choline. Not only does Cognizin improve memory and alertness, it plays a vital role in energy production via the Krebs Cycle (ATP Production). Cognizin helps facilitate the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP).

The primary benefits of Cognizin is the ability to help improve focus, attention and memory. Multiple studies have been conducted on various population of people, even those with brain health issues that showed supplementing with at least 250mg of Cognizin improved their conditions and overall memory, attention and focus.

GeniusPure Alpha-GPC 90% – 300mg

GeniusPure Alpha-GPC is from NNB Nutrition. This is a 90% pure version of Alpha-GPC. While other forms of Alpha-GPC yields 50% active Alpha-GPC this one is 90%. We like to see the 300mg dosage if we are just seeing Alpha-GPC (this is the yield). If you do the equation you are getting 270mg active Alpha-GPC but you are combining that with Tyrosine, CDP-Choline and Huperzine-A (more to come). This is a solid dosage of a choline molecule trusted by many, including us at FI.

AstraGin – 50mg

AstraGin is an ingredient from Nuliv that has been used to help increase absorption of key ingredients in the active ingredient section of the formula. It may also have benefits for gut health and brain health.

Huperzine-A – 200mcg

Huperzine-A is a acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. This means by supplementing with Huperzine-A, won’t experience as much breakdown of acetylcholine which aids in mood, memory and focus. Huperzine-A works well with Alpha-GPC and other choline molecules.
