All Black Everything PUMP – Supplement Facts PanelABEPumpSFP

Citrulline Malate – 9,000 mg

Firstly, Citrulline Malate is a popular supplement among athletes and fitness enthusiasts due to its benefits for not only exercise performance but also muscle recovery. But how does it do that? Studies show that to get the following results 6-8g per day is needed. We start by enhancing the natural Nitric Oxide production, Citrulline malate increases levels of arginine in the body, which in turn boosts nitric oxide (NO) production. Nitric oxide is a vasodilator, meaning it widens blood vessels, leading to increased blood flow. This can result in improved nutrient and oxygen delivery to muscles during exercise, potentially enhancing performance and reducing fatigue. We benefit from Increased ATP Production. ATP is the primary energy source for muscle cells during exercise, so higher levels can lead to improved endurance and strength output. There will be reduced muscle fatigue by promoting the removal of ammonia from the body, citrulline malate can reduce the buildup of this waste product that occurs during intense exercise. Lower levels of ammonia may delay the onset of muscle fatigue, allowing athletes to train harder and longer. Citrulline malate may also aid in post-workout recovery by supporting muscle repair and reducing soreness. This can help athletes bounce back more quickly from intense training sessions.

Creatine Monohydrate – 5,000mg

Creatine Monohydrate is probably one of the most studies products on the market. Especially in the fitness industry. Creatine Monohydrate is known as the original “cell volumizer”. This is because its function is to pull water into the muscle cells which forces them to be able to retain more glycogen. More glycogen intracellularly equals larger muscles. This has been typically referred to as “water-based muscle pumps”. This phenomenon provides various benefits such as enhanced muscle hydration and greater protein synthesis stimulation. This in turn leads to more muscle growth. The majority of scientists suggest a doseage range of 5-10g per day(with 10g being the max).

Beta Alanine – 1,000 mg

Beta-alanine is widely used by athletes and fitness enthusiasts, primarily for its role in improving exercise performance and buffering fatigue. Most people know this ingredient as the “tingles” you get when you use a new product. The main action is going to be by increased Carnosine levels. Beta-alanine is a precursor to carnosine, a dipeptide found in muscles. Carnosine acts as an intracellular buffer, helping to maintain optimal pH levels in muscle cells during high-intensity exercise. By increasing carnosine levels through beta-alanine supplementation, athletes may experience delayed onset of muscle fatigue and improved endurance. Studies suggest that at 2-5g of Beta-Alanine supplementation can lead to significant improvements in muscular endurance. Beta-alanine is often combined with other supplements, such as creatine monohydrate, to synergistically enhance performance and muscle gains. This combination may provide additional benefits beyond what each supplement offers individually.

Nitrosigine(Arginine Silicate Inositol) – 1,500mg

Nitrosigine, also known as inositol-stabilized arginine silicate, is a patented ingredient that combines arginine, silicon, and inositol. It’s designed to enhance exercise performance, promote cardiovascular health, and support overall well-being by promoting the production of nitric oxide (NO) in the body. Nitric oxide is a vasodilator, meaning it relaxes and widens blood vessels, leading to increased blood flow. This enhanced blood flow can improve nutrient and oxygen delivery to muscles during exercise, potentially enhancing performance and endurance. As a result of increased blood flow, Nitrosigine supplementation may lead to a more pronounced “muscle pump” during and after exercise. Studies show that a range of 500mg-1500mg per day, some users reported improved mental focus and cognitive function, due to increased blood flow and oxygenation to the brain.

L-Taurine – 1,000 mg

Taurine is a type of amino acid that’s found in high concentrations in the muscles. It’s also found in the heart, brain, and eyes. Taurine has several benefits, including supporting the central nervous system, promoting enhanced cognitive function, and regulating the actions of electrolyte minerals in the body. Similar to glycerol, it also pulls water into the muscles, making it important for hydration and increased muscle cell volume (or, water-based pumps).

VitaCholine (Choline Bitartrate) – 500mg

VitaCholine is a branded form of Choline, which is an essential nutrient that plays vital roles in various bodily functions. Choline is crucial for brain health, liver function, metabolism, and nerve signaling. But for our functions here in a pre workout product we really care about its ability to be involved in lipid metabolism, which is the breakdown and utilization of fats for energy. During exercise, especially prolonged or high-intensity exercise, the body relies on both carbohydrates and fats for fuel. Adequate choline levels may support optimal fat metabolism, contributing to sustained energy levels during workouts. Choline is also a precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in muscle contraction and coordination. By supporting acetylcholine synthesis, choline may help maintain muscle function and reduce the risk of fatigue or muscle weakness during exercise. Research shows that up to 550mg per day for males and 425mg for women is sufficient.

Himalayan Pink Salt – 300 mg

Himalayan pink salt contains various minerals, including sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, which are essential electrolytes. Electrolytes play a crucial role in maintaining proper fluid balance, nerve function, and muscle contractions during exercise. Studies show that adding Himalayan pink salt in pre-workout supplements can help replenish electrolytes lost through sweat during intense physical activity, potentially reducing the risk of dehydration and muscle cramps. Sodium is one of the primary components of Himalayan pink salt and helps the body retain water and maintain hydration levels. Proper hydration is essential for optimal exercise performance, as even mild dehydration can impair physical and cognitive function. Including Himalayan pink salt in pre-workout supplements may support hydration status, especially for individuals engaging in prolonged or intense exercise sessions. The total suggested daily dosage for any sodium intake can be up to 2,300mg per day.

FitNox – 250 mg

FitNOX is a branded ingredient commonly found in pre-workout supplements. Its main purpose is to not only enhance exercise performance but also support various aspects of physical activity. While specific formulations may vary, FitNOX often includes ingredients such as L-citrulline, L-arginine, or nitrates, which are precursors to nitric oxide (NO) production in the body. With these ingredients, research shows increased vasodilation, resulting in a greater “muscle pump” during workouts. While the research shows that doses can vary, 250mg is enough to get that blood flowing.

AstraGin – 50 mg

AstraGin is generally added to pre-workouts due to studies showing that it enhances the absorption of various nutrients, including amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. By promoting better nutrient uptake in the intestines, AstraGin may help ensure that the body efficiently absorbs the essential nutrients needed for energy production, muscle repair, and overall exercise performance. AstraGin may support endurance and recovery during exercise. By enhancing nutrient absorption, AstraGin may help deliver key nutrients to muscles more effectively, promoting energy production, reducing muscle fatigue, and supporting faster recovery after intense workouts. Daily recommended dosages range from 25 mg to 100 mg per day.

Huperzia Serrata Extract – 100 mcg

This ingredient enhances focus and indirectly increases levels of acetylcholine. Huperzine A does this by blocking an enzyme known as acetylcholinesterase, which controls the breakdown of acetylcholine. By blocking this enzyme, more acetylcholine is available for focus enhancement. Studies have shown that doses up to 200mcg per day are effective to accomplish the overall mental clarity we all need.

Final Takeaway A.B.E. PUMP

With three flavors to choose from(Sour Gummy Bear, Blue Razz and Tigers Blood) there is something for everyone. I decided to use this on leg day seeing as I don't generally like heavy stims on heavy leg days. To say my legs felt like they were gonna explode is an understatement..
