ABE All Black Everything Ultimate Pre-Workout Supplement Facts

All Black Everything’s Ultimate Pre-Workout is formulated to support the major functions you look for in a pre-workout: energy, endurance, pump and focus. Understand this is going to contain slightly more caffeine than the average, but the use of other ingredients help compliment that and potentially eliminate a come down from this product.

Citrulline Malate – 6,000mg

Firstly, Citrulline Malate is a popular supplement among athletes and fitness enthusiasts due to its benefits for not only exercise performance but also muscle recovery. But how does it do that? Studies show that to get the following results ABE Pre-Workout SFP4-5g per day is needed. We start by enhancing the natural Nitric Oxide production, Citrulline malate increases levels of arginine in the body, which in turn boosts nitric oxide (NO) production. Nitric oxide is a vasodilator, meaning it widens blood vessels, leading to increased blood flow. This can result in improved nutrient and oxygen delivery to muscles during exercise, potentially enhancing performance and reducing fatigue. We benefit from increased ATP production. ATP is the primary energy source for muscle cells during exercise, so higher levels can lead to improved endurance and strength output. There will be reduced muscle fatigue by promoting the removal of ammonia from the body, citrulline malate can reduce the buildup of this waste product that occurs during intense exercise. Lower levels of ammonia may delay the onset of muscle fatigue, allowing athletes to train harder and longer. Citrulline malate may also aid in post-workout recovery by supporting muscle repair and reducing soreness. This can help athletes bounce back more quickly from intense training sessions.

Beta Alanine – 3,000mg

Beta-alanine is widely used by athletes and fitness enthusiasts, primarily for its role in improving exercise performance and buffering fatigue. Most people know this ingredient as the “tingles” you get when you use a new product. The main action is going to be by increased Carnosine levels. Beta-alanine is a precursor to carnosine, a dipeptide found in muscles. Carnosine acts as an intracellular buffer, helping to maintain optimal pH levels in muscle cells during high-intensity exercise. By increasing carnosine levels through beta-alanine supplementation, athletes may experience delayed onset of muscle fatigue and improved endurance. Studies suggest that at 2-5g of Beta-Alanine supplementation can lead to significant improvements in muscular endurance. Beta-alanine is often combined with other supplements, such as creatine monohydrate, to synergistically enhance performance and muscle gains. This combination may provide additional benefits beyond what each supplement offers individually.

Caffeine Anhydrous – 350mg

Everyone’s favorite energy-providing, focus enhancing ingredient! This central nervous stimulant is well known throughout the industry; it is the purest caffeine source on the planet and enhances energy levels, focus, thermogenesis, and performance in the gym. It is backed by more studies that I can shake a stick at! And its potentially the most consumed supplement in the world. While there are several forms of caffeine present in most current marketed pre-workouts, caffeine anhydrous is hands down the most popular. And at 350mg you’re not getting a tiny dose. That’s around half of the 700mg max suggested daily usage.

Choline Bitartrate (VitaCholine) – 250mg

VitaCholine is a branded form of Choline, which is an essential nutrient that plays vital roles in various bodily functions. Choline is crucial for brain health, liver function, metabolism, and nerve signaling. But for our functions here in a pre workout product we really care about its ability to be involved in lipid metabolism, which is the breakdown and utilization of fats for energy. During exercise, especially prolonged or high-intensity exercise, the body relies on both carbohydrates and fats for fuel. Adequate choline levels may support optimal fat metabolism, contributing to sustained energy levels during workouts. Choline is also a precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in muscle contraction and coordination. By supporting acetylcholine synthesis, choline may help maintain muscle function and reduce the risk of fatigue or muscle weakness during exercise. Research shows that up to 550mg per day for males and 425mg for women is sufficient.

L-Tyrosine – 200mg

L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid (one that the body can produce on its own) and precursor to both our “feel good” neurotransmitter dopamine and noradrenaline. It is one of the most popular nootropic compounds in the supplement industry and has been shown to increase cognition during bouts of acute stress, such as exercising. L-tyrosine will provide a slight euphoric feeling that us gym rats absolutely adore, and it is becoming increasingly common to see supra-therapeutic doses of it in a pre-workout formula. Some products can even reach up to 4,000mg. There also is literature suggesting that L-tyrosine supplementation may be beneficial for weigh management, as it plays a role in thyroid production.

L-Theanine – 200mg

Theanine has also been called the “feel good” ingredient in sports nutrition and supplements. Theanine is an amino acid that has been shown to improve mood, sleep, emotional response and cortisol levels by improving the body’s, GABA, serotonin and dopamine levels. We typically see this dosed at 100mg or possibly more. Some research suggests that L-Theanine may help reduce muscle fatigue and soreness during and after exercise. By modulating neurotransmitter activity and promoting relaxation, it may help prevent the buildup of lactic acid and other waste products in the muscles, potentially leading to improved endurance and faster recovery. L-Theanine has also been shown to enhance cognitive function.

Taurine – 200mg

Taurine is a type of amino acid that’s found in high concentrations in the muscles. It’s also found in the heart, brain, and eyes. Taurine has several benefits, including supporting the central nervous system, promoting enhanced cognitive function, and regulating the actions of electrolyte minerals in the body. Similar to glycerol, it also pulls water into the muscles, making it important for hydration and increased muscle cell volume (or, water-based pumps).

Zynamite – 140mg

Zynamite is a little bit newer ingredient we are seeing more of in pre-workouts. Studies have shown to not only improve reaction time, but it also has been suggested to enhance physical performance by increasing muscle contractility, improving oxygen utilization, and reducing fatigue during exercise. The creators of Zynamite do recommend 140-200mg once to twice a day which puts this one on the lighter side but in a conservative way. Also has been shown to have some enhanced cognitive effects and antioxidant properties.

Dynamine (Methylliberine 40%) – 100mg

Dynamin is a patented form of Methylliberine, which is a natural compound found in Kucha tea leaves. It’s  generally marketed as a supplement for enhancing energy, focus, and mood, particularly in the context of physical performance and workouts. So this can either replace or enhance additional caffeine. Like caffeine, it’s a stimulant that can provide a quick boost of energy. It works by activating the same adenosine receptors in the brain as caffeine, leading to increased alertness and wakefulness.

Senactiv – 50mg

Developed by NuLiv Science, it’s marketed as a sports nutrition ingredient aimed at promoting exercise performance, recovery, and overall well-being. Senactiv has been shown in some studies(100mg-300mg) to increase exercise performance by improving oxygen utilization, increasing ATP production, and reducing oxidative stress during physical activity. By reducing oxidative stress and inflammation, it may help minimize post-workout soreness and promote quicker recovery between training sessions, allowing you to train more frequently and with greater intensity.

AstraGin – 50mg

AstraGin is generally added to pre-workouts due to studies showing that it enhances the absorption of various nutrients, including amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. By promoting better nutrient uptake in the intestines, AstraGin may help ensure that the body efficiently absorbs the essential nutrients needed for energy production, muscle repair, and overall exercise performance. AstraGin may support endurance and recovery during exercise. By enhancing nutrient absorption, AstraGin may help deliver key nutrients to muscles more effectively, promoting energy production, reducing muscle fatigue, and supporting faster recovery after intense workouts. Daily recommended dosages range from 25 mg to 100 mg per day.

Huperzia Serrata Extract – 90mcg

This ingredient enhances focus and indirectly increases levels of acetylcholine. Huperzine A does this by blocking an enzyme known as acetylcholinesterase, which controls the breakdown of acetylcholine. By blocking this enzyme, more acetylcholine is available for focus enhancement. Studies have shown that doses up to 200mcg per day are effective to accomplish the overall mental clarity we all need.
