While many brands could sit back and leave a best selling non-stimulant fat burning supplement alone, Apollon Nutrition decided to make theirs even better. Molotov V3 takes everything great about Molotov V2, but made a few tweaks including a larger dosage of MitoBurnm, the addition of Dandelion Root and the conversion to a branded form of Grains of Paradise in CaloriBurn.

MitoBurn – 1,000mg

While Molotov V2 did contain MitoBurn, it was at a dosage of 500mg. Apollon Nutrition’s Molotov V3 returns the proven ingredient but increases the dosage to 1,000mg.

CaloriBurn is a branded ingredient from NNB Nutrition. It is a branded form of L-BAIBA. L-BAIBA is released by the muscles during exercise. NNB Nutrition will refer to L-BAIBA as “mimicking exercise” which is partially true. Increased levels of L-BAIBA are associated with better metabolism, increased energy expenditure and more.

MitoBurn helps burn more fat and improve body composition through the “browning” of white adipose tissue. This in turn helps increase energy expenditure, improve insulin sensitivity and aid in weight management. 

Dandelion Root – 500mg

Dandelion Root is a natural diuretic. Diuretics aid in shedding unwanted water weight. This is done through the urinary tract system. Supplementing with Dandelion Root has shown in studies to not only increase the amount of urine secreted during a “bathroom break” but also increase the number of trips to the bathroom over a five hour period of time. 

Dandelion Root is new to Molotov V3. 

As with any diuretic, you want to manage your dosage intake. The 500mg dosage is sufficient.

CaloriBurn – 250mg

While Grains of Paradise is not new to the Molotov formula, the branded version of CaloriBurn is. Apollon Nutrition elected to work with NNB Nutrition to include both MitoBurn (see above) and CaloriBurn. 

CaloriBurn has been shown to increase energy expenditure and improve body composition in humans in human clinical trials. CaloriBurn activates brown adipose tissue and burns it off as fuel versus storing it as white adipose tissue fat.

InnoSlim – 250mg

Innoslim is a branded ingredient from Nuliv Science. Innoslim has been shown in multiple studies (both human and in-vitro studies) to reduce glucose absorption in the intestines and increase glucose absorption in the muscle and fat cells; increase adiponectin levels (which increases AMPK levels for AMPK fat loss) and reduce insulin resistance. This allows glucose to be burned off as fuel versus stored.

The proper dosage of InnoSlim is 250mg.

Capsimax – 250mg

Capsimax is derived from red hot chili peppers. It can help increase body temperature known as thermogenesis, control your appetite and aid in burning more calories at rest and after activity. Studies have shown that when supplementing with Capsimax users experienced a 6-8% improvement in calories burned versus those who didn’t. 

The 250mg dosage is sufficient.

GBB – 60mg

GBB is a precursor to L-Carnitine. By increasing levels of GBB it can lead to higher levels of L-Carnitine and potentially enhance fat burning and energy expenditure thus leading to potentially more fat loss.

Users using GBB will experience increased body temperature. If you take too much you could even get the chills. 

The 60mg dosage is safe and effective, but some users may want to start with 1/2 serving.
