Lets take a quick dive into this formula and break it down. We have a few complex’s and matrix’s so without further ado:

Niacin regulates many cellular functions in your body. Its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and neuroprotective properties support immune health, muscle function and brain cell activity. Naturally occurring, many people choose to also add this to their daily regime for added protection. The usual dose here is around 20-40mcg per day. Niacin can cause vasodilation, which is the widening of blood vessels. This may lead to improved circulation and more efficient delivery of oxygen and nutrients to muscles during exercise, potentially enhancing performance. Niacin plays a key role in energy metabolism by helping the body convert food into energy. This can help with endurance and overall performance, especially during long or intense workouts.
Muscle Hardness & Pump Complex
L-Citrulline – 4000mg
L-Citrulline is an amino acid that plays a role in the urea cycle. It is responsible for promotion of blood flow via increase in serum arginine levels; this mechanism increases the production of a compound called nitric oxide. Nitric oxide promotes vasodilation; the dilation of blood vessels. Wider blood vessels allows for more blood to pass. Blood is a transporter of nutrients which is essential for performance activity. It also carries oxygen which is essential in… living! A clinical dose is considered 4000-6000mg.
Taurine – 500mg
Taurine helps maintain proper fluid balance in cells and supports hydration. This can be especially beneficial during intense workouts, where maintaining hydration is critical for performance and endurance. Taurine may help reduce muscle fatigue and improve muscle contractions. Some studies suggest that taurine can assist in preventing muscle damage during exercise and support overall muscle function.
Vanadyl Sulfate – 10mg
One of the key benefits often attributed to vanadyl sulfate is its potential to mimic the action of insulin. It may help improve insulin sensitivity, which could help in better nutrient delivery to muscle cells, especially after a workout when muscles are primed to absorb nutrients like glucose and amino acids. Improved insulin sensitivity could potentially lead to better muscle growth, as well as more efficient use of carbohydrates and other nutrients, particularly for those who are looking to improve body composition. By improving insulin function, vanadyl sulfate may assist in the storage of glycogen (the stored form of glucose) in muscles. Glycogen is an important energy source for high-intensity exercise, so increased glycogen storage could help improve endurance and strength during workouts.

Beta Alanine – 3200mg
Beta Alanine is one of the most well studied ingredients in sports and active nutrition. It gets its clout from its ability to cause the tingling and itchyness of the skin. This is called Paresthesia. This, however, is not the benefit from Beta Alanine. The real benefit of supplementing with Beta Alanine is the fact it can improve muscular endurance and aid in preventing DOMS (delayed on-set muscle soreness) by buffering lactic acid which can cause muscle breakdown, fatigue, failure and soreness. We typically see this dosed at 3.2g.
Betaine Anhydrous – 1,500mg
Betaine Anhydrous is a reputable ingredient used in pre-workouts that supports an increased output of exercise performance. Some research suggests that it may also aid in muscle recovery by enhancing muscle protein synthesis. The common feedback is that it can help improve output through strength and power. The 1,500mg dosage is perfect to achieve these results.
Thermogenic Fat Metabolizing Matrix
Carnitine Complex – 1500mg
Carnitine complex’s are often found in pre-workout supplements, fat burners, and general fitness products. The main ingredient in this complex is L-carnitine, a naturally occurring compound that plays a key role in fat metabolism. It’s responsible for transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria, the “powerhouses” of cells, where the fat is burned for energy. Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR) is the most bioavailable form, often used for cognitive benefits and fat loss. L-carnitine L-tartrate is often used in sports supplements due to its faster absorption and potential to reduce muscle soreness. The combination here is perfect at 1500mg.
ProGBB – 20mg
ProGBB is a patented compound that is converted into L-carnitine after it’s absorbed by the body. As mentioned, L-carnitine helps transport fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are burned for energy. So, by supplementing with ProGBB, you’re essentially giving your body more of the building blocks to produce L-carnitine, which could enhance fat metabolism and energy production.
CapsiAtra – 1.5mg
Found naturally in chili peppers, capsinoids like CapsiAtra have been shown to have a positive effect on energy expenditure, metabolism and thermogenics with 1000x less pungency than capsaicins. This will support an increase in resting energy expenditure and metabolism with no side effects like other types of capsinoids. 1.5mg is generally the recommended daily dosage.
Energizing Euphoria Matrix
L-Tyrosine – 1,500mg
L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid (one that the body can produce on its own) and precursor to both our “feel good” neurotransmitter dopamine and noradrenaline. It is one of the most popular nootropic compounds in the supplement industry and has been shown to increase cognition during bouts of acute stress, such as exercising. L-tyrosine will provide a slight euphoric feeling that us gym rats absolutely adore, and it is becoming increasingly common to see supra-therapeutic doses of it in a pre-workout formula. Some products can even reach up to 4,000mg. There also is literature suggesting that L-tyrosine supplementation may be beneficial for weigh management, as it plays a role in thyroid production.
Caffeine Complex – 300mg
This complex is comprised of Caffeine Anhydrous and Infinergy. Caffeine Anhydrous is known as everyone’s favorite energy-providing, focus enhancing ingredient! This central nervous stimulant is well known throughout the industry; it is the purest caffeine source on the planet and enhances energy levels, focus, thermogenesis, and performance in the gym. It is backed by more studies that I can shake a stick at! And its potentially the most consumed supplement in the world. Di-caffeine malate provides longer lasting energy and is 75% caffeine by mass. Di-caffeine malate helps to offset that ever-so-dreaded crash many experience post workout. It poses similar benefit to caffeine anhydrous, boosting energy, thermogenesis, and focus.
CacaoRush(Theobromine) – 200mg
Theobromine is usually found in Cocoa products, with that said, it is often paired with Caffeine, due to the fact that they compliment each other and are similar compounds. There is a study, where 24 subjects (women) took a combination of 700mg of Theobromine, combined with Caffeine at 120mg. This study showed that alone, Theobromine was able to lower blood pressure, and when combined with Caffeine, an ingredient known to constrict blood flow, blood pressure was unaffected. Now one of the most sought after benefits from Theobromine is that is has been shown to be beneficial for energy, as it is similar to Caffeine. One thing to mention however, is that it does not appear as if Theobromine affects your sleep like Caffeine does, which is a good thing. According to a study, Theobromine enriched cocoa was shown to be effective in terms of lowering blood pressure when compared to placebo and non-enriched cocoa. This study was done on 42 people with high blood pressure.
