RedCon1's highly ancticipated B.A.R. Protein Cereal Bars are set to launch mid-February. The B.A.R. will be available in three flavors on launch. They are: Fruity Cereal (similar to Fruity Pebbles), Rainbow Cereal (similar to Lucky Charms) and Cinnamon Crunch (similar to Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
The cereal bar uses protein crisps to help it get to a macro friendly bar. The macros are:
Calories: 190
Protein: 20g
Carbs: 20g
Fat: 5g
Sugars: 4g
This is a unique take on the protein bar market.
Fitness Informant's POV:
We have mentioned this before, but we tried these and we really like them. The texture is top-notch and the flavor tastes just like the cereal (we had the Fruity Cereal one). Due it to being RedCon1, I think these will do very well.
