RYSE Supplements, recently featured in our Way-Too-Early Nominees for 2019 Brand of the Year, has announced they are launching their first ever protein pancake mix. The pancake mix will be available in one flavor to start, the traditional Buttermilk Pancake.
The pancake mix will be easy to use. The company says all you have to do is add water, cook and eat. Each serving will contain the following macros:
Calories: 200
Fats: 5g
Carbs: 19g (net carbs are 15g with no added sugars)
Protein: 20g
The website has not released the ingredient deck yet, but what we can tell you is that Ryse Protein Pancakes will feature 20g of protein, 3g of healthy MCTs and 2g of prebiotic dietary fiber.
The pancake mix will sell for $14.99 on the company’s website. There are 6-servings per bag. That makes each serving of pancakes approximately $2.50

I love me some breakfast and pancakes. I make my own protein pancakes at home, but at times I love the convenience of pre-made mix. It will be interesting to see the ingredient deck on this, but I have to assume it will be pretty clean. Ryse has been known for their protein flavors, so I would guess these will be pretty damn good. We will try to get our hands on a bag to bring yo more info.
