Design
[/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”20″][vc_column_text]The first part of the design that really stands out on the Zx1-1219 is the big ass face of the watch. The face is black on black which is awesome. The big watch face has the 12-3-6-9 in big red letters. It also has a four digital readers to tell date and time.On the face you also get the turn dials and switches. Most the switches are black to match the face, but the analog timer is red along with the main reset button. You have four buttons on this watch to set the watch, run a stop watch, set the date, etc.
The next part of the design which is key is the metal band. Most of these watches made for us are made with rubber bands. That is fine as no adjustments are needed. The metal band is nice and thick. Plus it looks awesome. However, it does come at a standard size, so depending on your wrist size you may need to take it into a watch shop to get it adjusted.

Functionality

This watch does exactly what it should do. It tells time, both analog and digitally. It also tells you the date and the day of the week. This is key for when we start to lose our memory…like me!The analog time is easy to set with the big red dial, and the digital options are just as easy with then instructions to follow.
There is also a stop watch on this watch for those of us that like to time stuff. HIIT cardio anyone?
You do have your alarm clock option along with your hourly chime too. Not sure why anyone ever needs the chime, but it is there for you if you want it.
Overall, this thing is solid. No it doesn’t connect to your iPhone or computer, but it’s not a health device. Durability
[/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”20″][vc_column_text]This this is a tank. It is heavy (I like this about this). It is all metal, stainless steel actually. It has the metal band. All things to point to a solid, durable product.
The glass is also super hard to scratch. I have dropped mine and nothing. Why? It is made from Sapphire Glass. This glass is scratch resistant. This is an awesome feature.
The watch is also water resistant up to 3ATM.
The minute, hour and second hands within the watch seem to be nice and secure. I bring this up as I had a Fossil watch that basically fell apart from then inside. Sucked. This shouldn’t happen with this watch.
The lock system is nice and tight too. I want to mention that because some lock systems feel loose or don’t securely lock.
Overall, I think this is one of the most durable watches I have ever had. Maybe it is all the metal, but I love it.
Fashionability

The face is so big that it is going to catch people’s eye. As it should. I have had numerous people talk to me when I wear this watch. The big bold red faced numbers of 12-3-6-9 is a nice addition to give it some pizazz. This couples nicely with the red dial and button on the side of the watch.
The band is amazing. The middle pieces are matte while the outer pieces are glossy. Really well done by Geard in my opinion.
If you look the part (i.e. live a life of fitness) then this is going to look great on you. Even if you don’t look the part, it could still too.
This watch is black, meaning it goes with essentially anything. I love the way it looks on me, and I guarantee you will love the way it looks on you!
