Myostatin essentially tells your body to “not get too big.” This ingredient is found in dark chocolate and has been shown to contribute to muscle mass gains when dosed correctly.Epicatechin is available, at times, in combo with a non-hormonal anabolic like laxogenin to increase gains. This is a great product to supplement with your anabolic stack.
You also get 700mg of Green Tea Extract. This has been shown to increase metabolism from the energy production in your body.

Effectiveness

I wouldn’t take this alone. I used it in conjunction with laxogenin. Loved it. The studies done shown that at the optimal dosages you do improve your exercise output and gain more muscle mass. I bust my ass in the gym, I put on size. I cannot say it is all to EpiCat, but it definitely contributed to my lean gains.
