We start by getting 1g of Taurine. Taurine, per Examine.com, is used to increase exercise performance. When you take 1,000mg at least two hours prior to physical activity, it has been shown to increase performance. We are dosed exactly at 1,000mg.
The next ingredient is 500mg of Coconut Water Powder. This is used for the hydration feature of this product. This is a typical dosage of Coconut Water Powder we find in sport supplements.
Finally, you get your anti-oxidant and oxygen uptake system. You are getting 100mg of Spectra Total Orac Blend. Spectra is a clinically-researched system containing fruits, vegetables and herbs which have show to inhibit free radical production, optimize cellular metabolic activity and increase nitric oxide levels within our bodies. This helps your body defend against unwanted illnesses. The more oxygen we can get into your blood stream, the better you can perform aerobic exercises.

Effectiveness

The second is that it defends your body before, during and after training.You do get 500mg of Coconut Water Powder, which has shown to improve hydration in the body. When taking Hydra-Charge you do feel like your hydration levels instantly improve upon drinking the elixir.
Regarding the defense system of Hydra-Charge, it is hard to tell. It doesn’t hit you like a pre-workout would. To me, they are refreshing and a nice change of pace from blue raspberry and fruit punch. With the Spectra blend containing ingredients like broccoli sprouts, onions, garlic, oregano, turmeric and more, you’d think this would be bad tasting…but Kaged Muscle does a great job of making this be refreshing and delicious.
