5% Nutrition is back in the bar making business. 5% Nutrition jumped into the bar business with their Knock Out The Carbs bars. They have now ventured into more of a meal replacement bar with the launch of Real Meal whole foods bars.
The Real Meal bars from 5% Nutrition is more of a whole foods meal replacement protein bar. It contains six sources of protein (Almonds or Peanuts, Egg White Protein, Bovine Collagen Peptides, Almond Protein Powder, Rice Protein, Pea Protein). Each bar contains 16g of protein. Each bar is 230-260 calories (depending on flavor), 11-14g of fat (depending on flavor), and 21-25g carbs (depending on flavor).
Real Meal bars are currently available in two flavors:
- Birthday Cake
- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip

Final Takeaway on 5% Nutrition Real Meal
5% Nutrition elects to go with the nut butter base on these which has been a popular choice for bars. These are not like Outright Bar. They are more similar to their Knock The Carbs out bars. Think Quest for texture but they are going to be more oily. These aren't for me, personally, but others may enjoy them.
