Redcon1 founder and CEO Aaron Singerman was officially sentenced today in the 2019 federal indictment against the former Blackstone Labs co-founder. A judge issued a 54-month federal prison term to be served by Aaron Singerman, followed by three years of supervised release as first reported by BocaNewsNow.com.
Aaron Singerman plead guilty on November 17, 2021 to the crime of selling unapproved new drugs and the crime of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute controlled substances. Since the guilty plea was put into the court, Aaron was involved in a BUI incident on November 23, 2021. Following the BUI, on Jan. 7, Aaron Singerman drove on a suspended license while under the influence of Ambien, collided with another vehicle, crossed the median and struck a palm tree. After the latest incident a judge ordered Aaron Singerman be detained until his sentencing hearing.
No other info has been released this time on PJ Braun, Aaron's partner at Blackstone Labs during the time of the crimes.
