One of the strongest, hardest hitting pre-workouts has been reformulated to remove DMHA. Alpha Lion Superhuman Supreme, a highly sought after pre-workout, removed DMHA to become a compliant pre-workout. Alpha Lion made the decision to remove non-compliant ingredients for the longevity of the brand.
DMHA was not technically illegal or dangerous, but it did show up on the FDA Dietary Supplement Ingredient Advisory List. Alpha Lion was focused on the long-term and removed the ingredient.

We already touched on the removal of DMHA, but Alpha Lion did a great job replacing it with Juniper Berry Extract at 200mg. This is the same ingredient used in RedCon1's Total War. The rest of the energy matrix stayed the same. Another big change was the removal of the 750mg Nitrosigine. Alpha Lion elected to stick with S7 but add 50mg Astragin for ingredient absorption to make the pump matrix more effective. The new Supreme also sees Theanine reduced from 350mg to 150mg. This change should make the stimulants be more impactful in the new version of Superhuman Supreme. The last change was increasing Betaine Anhydrous from 2g to 2.5g for power and strength output.

A lot of stim junkies may be upset, but I actually like the change from DMHA to Juniper Berry Extract. The big key here may actually be the reduction of Theanine from 350mg to 150mg. Theanine as a sedative feeling to it, which can "soften" the impact of stims. Since the brand removed DMHA, they decided to lower Theanine to allow the stims to "work harder" for the consumer.
