Apollon Nutrition has announced a brand new LIMITED EDITION protein flavor in their popular 50/50 Formula-X Protein Blend. Passion Fruit Pineapple Mango joins an already impressive line up of flavors including Hazelnut Chocolate, Peanut Butter Cookie, and Blackberry Cheesecake among others. Given Apollon's track record, I fully expect this to taste exactly as you would expect it to. It's nice to see a new flavor hit the protein space that isn't the normal chocolate or vanilla based protein.
50/50 Formula-X is a unique protein blend comprised of almost equal parts whey protein isolate and micellar casein protein; precisely 12.5g whey protein isolate vs 11.5g micellar casein protein. The combination of the two creates a smooth consistency and also provides a thicker texture than traditional whey protein blends; all while still delivering 24g total protein.

Final Takeaway
While I have personally not been able to try this flavor yet, I can attest to the fact that Apollon nails their protein flavors. I cant wait to see if its as amazing as I think it will be.
