Glycerol is a nice additive to your pre-workout and/or pump powder. Some pump products contain it, which helps hold water within the muscle for longer, fuller pumps and muscular endurance. If your pre or pump doesn't contain it, for $30 at 100-servings this is a solid add. You should notice a difference pretty quickly.
