As we’ve covered many times this past year, Core is going through a rebrand of their line. Nice cool looking products aside, they also gave ZZZ a bit of a reformulation.
The new Core ZZZ will be be available next Monday, and has a solid profile. It starts off with 3 grams of GABA and Glycine, which are both inhibitory neurotransmitters. They are both at 3 grams, which are solid doses.
You also get the popular amino acid Tryptophan at 1 gram, followed by 400mg of Ornithine HCl. Tryptophan is a precursor to Serotonin, and is popular in sleep aids. You also get Mucuna, which is a source of L-Dopa. L-Dopa is a is a precursor to Dopamine, the feel good hormone. This is another common ingredient in pre-workouts.
Theanine and 5-HTP come next, and Theanine is just in everything these days. It is an amino acid that has a calming effect, and is dosed well at 200mg. Finally you get Melatonin at 5mg, which is somewhat on the high side. This is the most common ingredient in sleep aids, and it’s nice to see it in here.
Core ZZZ will be available this upcoming Monday, and we will be sure to inform you of the launch. We have really enjoyed this product in the past, and with Core killing it this year, we are going to bet that this product will “Crush It” as well.

Final Takeaway
We love Core here on FI, and it is nice to see ZZZ back. While we will miss the Phenibut they used long ago, we are sure this will deliver. We are hoping that there will be a nice launch deal, and Core has really been doing good with that as well this past year. Stay tuned for more!
