This is derived from broccoli seeds or sprouts, which are rich in Glucoraphanin. When consumed Glucoraphanin converts into Sulforaphane in the body. This does not happen easily without Myrosinase, which is included in this supplement. 

Sulforaphane has many benefits including antioxidant properties, anti-inflammatory properties, detox, brain and cardiovascular health.
