Recently, we announced that MuscleForce were releasing limited editions of their pre-workout lineup. Defiant, Defiant Unleashed, and Obedient X3 will have limited edition flavors/formulas, and MuscleForce is calling this their “Blue Freeze” series.
The limited edition Defiant was just released, and today we are going to look at the profile to give you a sense as to why it may be worth considering.
The formula start us off with 3 great ingredients. The first one is Citrulline Malate at 6g and Beta-Alanine at 3.2g. Both of these are at clinical doses and it’s a good start, although nothing too special. The 3rd ingredient however is where it gets interesting. NooLVL® is an ingredient from Nutrition21. It is almost the exact same ingredient as Nitrosigine®, another popular ingredient from Nutrition21. It is actually meant to be a focus ingredient, but it can also double as a pump ingredient, so it’s nice to see MuscleForce really go with some high quality ingredients.
We’re also getting a clinical 600mg of Alpha GPC, as well as DMAE and Lion’s Mane. So not only does this formula take care of pumps, it also has a solid nootropic blend to it as well.
One interesting route that MuscleForce went with this one, is that they actually lowered the Caffeine content. The regular Defiant has a 350mg of Caffeine Anhydrous. Blue Freeze only has 225 from Anhydrous and another 125mg of Infinergy, a time released Caffeine. It’s slightly less than the original, however the energy will be prolonged.
Defiant Blue Freeze also contains DMHA and Eria Jarensis. These are two powerful stimulants, and are both slightly higher than the original Defiant, however not over the top like Defiant Unleashed. Still. this should provide a strong boost in energy.
This finishes off with Tyramine, NooPept, and Huperzine A. The Noopept is a very interesting ingredient, and is a well-known nootropic. The Huperzine A is quite high as well at 300mcg, and should aid in prolonged focus.
Overall this looks to be a powerful formula, and should be good for those who want a strong boost in energy. The NooLVL and NooPept make it something to really watch out for, and we definitely see ourselves using this on days we want a huge boost in energy.
It’s nice to see MuscleForce make some special product. With how well we enjoyed the Summer Series, we expect this flavor/formula to impress just as well.

Final Takeaway
We have been enjoying MuscleForce quite a bit here on FI. Not only do they flavor their products very well, they also make some killer formulas. While Defiant certainly isn't a pre-workout we would recommend to everybody, we still see ourselves trying this for ourselves. With quarantine currently changing the world, we really hope to see this version of Defiant do well.
