MuscleSport Rhino Rampage Pumped uses several branded ingredients in their formula, which was designed to improve blood flow. The formula starts with Pepform Cirulline Complex at 4,000mg. Pepform Citrulline is a Citrulline Peptide ingredient from Glanbia. Glanbia binds free-form Citrulline to peptides isolated from fresh whey. Research has shown that Citrulline Peptides are better for vasodialation and blood flow than raw Citrulline.
BetaPower Betaine is used at 1,000mg. Betaine can improve output, but has not been linked to increased nitric oxide production. The higher degree of output, the more blood flow a user will get.
Creatine HCl is used at 750mg. Creatine HCl has been said to be dosed correctly at 1.5g (micro dosing) due to the bioavailability of it versus Monohydrate. Creatine can aid in ATP production which can increase output.
Grape Seed Extract is used at 200mg. This has been shown to improve blood flow. The typical dosage is 300-600mg per serving
Norvaline is an ingredient that has been shown to be an Arginase inhibitor (prevents the breakdown of Arginine to improve NO production). In recent years studies have linked Norvaline to potential brain issues, however the studies done were via in vitro and not oral ingestion. There’s no concrete evidence that it causes any type of brain issues. We get Norvaline at 200mg. A good dosage.
AmentoPump® from Genabolix is dosed at 50mg. This has been shown to improve vasodilation. Not a lot is found on this ingredient, but MuscleSport uses it in their pre-workout at a 50/100mg serving.
Vanadyl Sulfate has been shown to lower blood pressure (increase blood flow) in rat studies. MuscleSport uses it here at 7.5mg.
The last portion of the SFP is PeakNRG Performance Matrix. This is 500mg of Cordyceps, Ashwagandha, Lion’s Mane and other mushrooms to help with a multitude of factors.

Final Takeaway
We've used this a few times and like it as an add on. I like the idea behind Citrulline Peptides, I just wish the dosage was slightly higher to yield 3g of Citrulline in addition to the whey peptides. I like the add of Grape Seed Extract. I also don't mind Norvaline, but I know some people are totally against it. This is a convenient option for those who want to add a few ingredients into their pre-workout stack to improve blood flow.
