Make protein powder fun again. That’s been the theme in 2019 with many brands launching new proteins featuring “particulates,” pieces of actual foods like marshmallows, cereal, graham cracker and more. NutraOne has made a lot of noise in 2019 with their top selling Protein Creations line that features delicious flavors and particulates.
NutraOne makes more than just protein, but their Protein Creations lineup arguably put the brand on the map. Rightfully so. With flavors like Birthday Cake, S’Mores, Chocolate Caramel Peanut Candy Bar, Chocolate Caramel Candy Bar, Cinnamon Square Cereal, Graham Cracker Cereal, Chocolate Hazelnut Spread and now Fruity Bites Cereal. Their latest release, Fruity Bites Cereal, is their first Protein Creation protein to feature REAL cereal pieces (see video above for proof).
On top of a delicious flavor profile, NutraOne Protein Creations features a fully transparent label, with the breakdown of each source of protein. A trend that not many brands are following yet, but one we feel is 100% necessary is incorporated with the entire NutraOne Protein Creations line. In each serving of Fruity Bites Cereal you get three sources of protein: whey concentrate, whey isolate and casein.
The label breaks each down as follows:
Whey Protein Concentrate: 21.0g yielding 16.8g
Whey Protein Isolate: 6.0g yielding 5.4g
Micellar Casein: 2.0g yielding 1.8g
The total amount of protein per serving equals 24g. One area many people tend to “argue” against in these types of protein is the carbohydrate content. Per the label you see 5g carbs per serving. It is important to remember that there are real pieces of cereal, so that does add to the overall macros but it takes it from ~3g to 5g, nothing to lose sleep over.
Fruity Cereal Bites was delicious. It literally tasted just like the leftover milk from a bowl of Fruit Loops. The addition of actual cereal pieces contributed to the overall experience, which was fun.
We would recommend this protein flavor to anyone and everyone. NutraOne hit it out of the park with this one.

I love fruity cereal proteins. Each one I have ever tried has been very good, with some being slightly better than others. I love the inclusions aka particulates used. It adds to the experience, makes it fun. I thought NutraOne did a great job with this protein.
We've seen this protein featured on other channels and were always curious if it lived up to the hype. I can confirm: it does.
