RedCon1 Gym celebrated their one year anniversary in October and are already looking to expand into a second location. RedCon1 CEO Aaron Singerman confirmed via his personal Instagram account that the brand is looking to purchase the Nashville Athletic Club, which is permanently closed, to open their second location, RedCon1 Gym Nashville.

The Nashville Athletic Club was known as one of the best gyms in Nashville. We are uncertain of the reasons to why the gym is currently permanently closed, but it presents a really great opportunity for RedCon1.

RedCon1 does have a presence in Nashville. The brand does some of their manufacturing at Armada Nutrition, which is located approximately 30 miles south of the country music capital of the world. It would make sense for the brand to pursue the Nashville Athletic Club and re-brand it as RedCon1 Gym, similarly to what the brand did in Boca.

Final Takeaway

I know when RedCon1 first purchased the gym in Boca it was a major risk, but the brand got the place for essentially nothing, agreeing to overtake the lease from the struggling prior owners. The gym was losing money until RedCon1 took it over. In just over a year, the RedCon1 Gym increased their member counts dramatically and became the officially training center of NPC events in South Florida. Nashville is a growing community with plenty of reasons to draw interest to an investor.
