5% Nutrition has launched the newly reformulated and new look Mentality nootropic product. There were only slight changes to the formula, but the entire packaging is now in the new white look.
The formula still contains three blends. The blends are Mind Over Matter Mental Power Blend, PyschoStim Adder-All-In Energy Blend and Lucid Focus Neurotransmission Blend. All three blends are proprietary blends.
Mind Over Matter Mental Power Blend is dosed at 409mg and contains key ingredients like TeaCrine, Huperzine A and L-Phenylalanine.

Final Takeaway
Only a slight change here from 5% Nutrition on Mentality. I like the use of branded ingredients, but hard to determine dosages with it hidden in a prop blend. We will say approach at your own risk, not to say it is bad or good, just hard to tell.
