Ready, Set, GLOW! GHOST launches a new formulation of Glow with some big changes. This is a lifestyle wellness product favorite for the Ghost line. Glow V2 features some formulation upgrades to be excited about. Not to mention the new flavor, Mango Margarita! Previously the flavors were Nana Berry, Peach, Blueberry Acai, and Passionfruit. They have also announced that a Pina Colada flavor will be coming as well! Personally, I am excited to try both of these flavors. They’ve also added the option of stick packs for on-the-go! Let’s dive into some of the changes included with the reformulation of this product. This popular skin health supplement was already a great formulation. To see improvements made is certainly something to get hyped about.
Ingredients
When taking a look at the formula changes, GHOST added Hyaluronic Acid, Lowered Inositol and Selenium, and removed DIM. They also are now naturally sweetened and colored. Inositol was decreased from 4000mg to 2000mg. While there are studies supporting anywhere from 2000-4000mg, some new studies support 2,000mg dosage for many benefits including in supplementation for PCOS. Selenium was decreased from 200mg to 100mg. Selenium has been known for its antioxidant properties to protect cells from damage. The recommended dose is 100-200mcg, but there are some studies that suggest there is no need to exceed 100mcg.
Hyaluronic Acid was added to the new formulation. Hyaluronic Acid is naturally produced in our bodies in eyes, joints and skin. It makes everything move more smoothly, keep things hydrated, and makes your skin more flexible which can reduce wrinkles and lines! It also is proven to help wounds heal faster and reduce scarring. No wonder this was added to GLOW. It is known for improving overall skin health. According to this study, the dosing was 120mg/day in which results suggested that Hyaluronic Acid inhibits skin wrinkles and improves skin condition. GHOST has added 120mg of Hyaluronic Acid to GLOW V2 which is in line with this dosing. Recommended dosing is 90-120mg per day. GHOST elected to remove DIM and replaced it with Hyaluronic Acid in V2.

Final Takeaway
Glow was already a great product. I am excited to be able to start taking this one again with the new formulation and flavor. I must say of all the flavors they have released for Glow, the Mango Margarita has me the most excited. Adding the announcement of the Pina Colada flavor coming as well is even more exciting. Not to mention, these are much different than all the other flavors they have released in this skin health wellness product! The new formulation definitely has made some great improvements to benefit skin health! GHOST continues to kill it with new launches and formulations.
