GHOST Reveals Orange Squeeze Hydration RTD

GHOST has recently revealed their Hydration RTD drinks. They have just taken it a step further and added another flavor to their already stacked line up of Lemon Lime and everyone’s favorite Sour Patch Kids flavors. Now we have Orange Squeeze. If it’s anything like the others, we are in for a treat.

Hydration is one of the most important yet under-rated things we can do for not only our health but for our well being and increased performance. When GHOST released their Hydration Sticks it was life changing for many of us. Then they announced their Hydration RTD line.

Imagine getting the same benefit from the hydration sticks without the need to mix yourself. GHOST Hydration is a scientifically backed and dosed hydration product featuring the same great flavors you are use to getting from the other GHOST products.

The formula will contain nearly a full gram of electrolytes (996mg) plus 500mg Aquamin and 50mg Senactiv for recovery. The formula features a heavy dose of Potassium at 700mg compared to 40mg Sodium, which the brand explains they believe most users have excess sodium due to nutrition and diet.

While we have not gotten our hand on these yet to give them a try, I must say I am extremely excited for them. The hydration sticks are a staple in my house and if these even remotely taste the same these will be as well. As always I am never disappointed with the flavor profiles GHOST brings to the table.
