GHOST is teaming up with the on-the-go burger restaurant known as Sonic to launch an authentic flavored Ocean Water® on-the-go Hydration Stick Packs. The US launch will take place on March 26th.
GHOST and Sonic of teamed up with the Ocean Water® flavor across multiple categories including Gamer and Legend. The refreshing flavor of Ocean Water® (lemon, lime and coconut) will make for a great addition to the GHOST hydration supplement line.
GHOST Hydration features the five electrolytes our body loses in sweat. They are sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium and magnesium. The formula features 785mg of electrolytes as well as Taurine to help regulate those, PureWay-C Vitamin C, Aquamin and Senactiv. It is one of the more comprehensive hydration formulas on the market.

Final Takeaway on GHOST Hydrations X Sonic
I will admit this is not my favorite GHOST flavor. I am not the biggest fan of the coconut water flavor that Sonic is known for in Ocean Water® but I can see the refreshing aspect of this. We will be trying it and giving you an official One Sip Review over at our @FitnessInformant Instagram channel.
