The 8x Mr. Olympia Champion, Ronnie Coleman, is the first guest ever to appear on the “Be Informed. Live Fit.” podcast. Many in the fitness world and outside of it call Ronnie the greatest bodybuilder of all time. Ronnie joins the show to discuss a variety of topics he normally doesn’t get asked. We talk about his college days, and how he failed to get a job as an accountant, so he joined the police force. While on the force, Ronnie trained and competed in Mr. Olympia competitions. Ronnie discusses his Olympia track record and the difficulties he faced on-stage. Ronnie also talks about life post-competition. He’s a family man now with kids that keep him busy. Ronnie Coleman is a retired American professional bodybuilder. The winner of the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding title for eight years in a row (1998-2005) eventually taking second place to Jay Cutler. He is considered the greatest bodybuilder of all time. Alongside his eight Mr. Olympia wins as a professional bodybuilder, he held the record for most wins as an IFBB professional with 26, breaking the record of 22 (previously held by Vince Taylor). Ronnie Coleman’s brand was born when he coined popular phrases “Light weight baby”,“Ain’t nothing but a peanut” and laterly “Oooooh”.
Ronnie Coleman is also attached to the Ronnie Coleman Signature Series supplement line.
