Primeval Labs Launching Fat Burner Called Pyretic Black

Primeval Labs Pyretic

Primeval Labs has had a busy 2019 already with several new product launches and a partnership with BodyBuilding.com. Primeval Labs just announced a new fat burner, called Pyretic, set to launch the week of March 25th.

Pyretic is technically called a thermogenic, but the company refers to it more as an “energized weight loss supplement.” With summer coming fast, many consumers will look for the next best supplement on the market to help them shed that unwanted body fat just in-time for beach weather.

Pyretic LabelPrimeval Labs Pyretic is a really good formula on paper. It is different than many of the fat burners on the market in that it is not using “hardcore” stimulants like Synephrine, Hordenine, Higenamine or Yomhimbe. Yes, Pyretic will still provide a solid energy to the user, but not in the way where it wears off and you crash.

Pyretic starts out with 500mg of Green Tea Extract. It is well known that one of the compounds of Green Tea Extract is caffeine. It’s important to note that the amount of Green Tea Extract in dosages is not a direct correlation to caffeine amount. Green Tea Extract has been said to aid in fat loss and energy production.

Gymnema Sylvestre Extract is used at 300mg. This ingredient is not used in a lot of fat burners (yet) but it is used in a lot of GDAs (glucose disposal agents) for its ability to utilize the body’s glucose and control insulin levels. Olive Extract is dosed at 200mg. This is found in other fat burners on the market. It is proven to be healthy for the heart, but just as important it aids in controlling blood glucose levels.

L-Theanine, known for its elevation of mood and anti-stressor properties, is dosed at 200mg. In addition to reducing stress and elevating mood, L-Theanine can also increase mental alertness. Rhodiola Extract is dosed at 200mg. This is an anti-fatigue and anti-stress ingredient that is dosed very well.

In addition to the Green Tea Extract mentioned above, Pyretic utilizes Infinergy (DiCaffeine Malate) at 200mg. While most, if not all, fat burners on the market use only Caffeine Anhydrous, Pyretic uses the more “longer” lasting form of caffeine as the primary source. DiCaffeine Malate does not hit hard quickly with the subsequent crash to follow. DiCaffeine Malate is more of a prolonged energy that isn’t going to be super hard hitting. Don’t worry, you still get the fast acting, hard hitting Caffeine Anhydrous at 100mg. In addition to Infinergy and Caffeine Anhydrous, Pyretic uses 100mg of TeaCrine. TeaCrine has been shown to increase energy and mental alertness. TeaCrine hits its peak effectiveness for mood, energy and focus at about 1.5 hours. This means you will get the Caffeine Anhydrous to kick in first, followed by DiCaffeine Malate to hit and withhold for the first hour and a half (and after) then TeaCrine kicks in to help avoid any crash effect from Pyretic. This is essentially a three-stage energy effect.

Two ingredients used that could make you feel it in your stomach (in a good way) are Cayenne Pepper Extract at 100mg and Grains of Paradise at 40mg. Both of these ingredients can cause a warming sensation in your stomach. Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract is literally that. When you digest Cayenne Pepper, it will increase body temperature which literally can help “melt” fat. Grains of Paradise has been shown, in human studies, to aid in fat loss by increasing your body’s energy expenditure (calories).

The release of Primeval Labs Pyretic should be the week of March 25, 2019 and will be available at all retail outlets as well as Primeval Lab’s official website.

Fitness Informant’s POV

You don’t see many thermogenic’s with Caffeine Anydrous, DiCaffeine Malate AND TeaCrine…and if you do, you sure as hell don’t see it with 100mg of TeaCrine. This is a massive dose that should provide cognitive enhancement plus the prolonged energy. This formula is cool too that it isn’t exotic stim heavy. I like Yohimbe but I also like when you can successfully formulate a product without it – makes it more versatile to the consumer and to other countries. I like the use of glucose managing ingredients as well because that is a large part of fat gain (and cortisol levels which directly correlate to blood sugar levels).

Primeval Labs has been doing some cool stuff. With their partnership with BBcom and the 2019 launches, they need to be in the conversation when speaking about Brand of the Year.
