Chromax®: Uses, Side Effects, Interactions, Dosage and Supplements

So with that said, is there any evidence that Chromax® can be beneficial? Well, according to 30+ studies, yes. In a study done on obese non-diabetic subjects, Chromium was shown to be beneficial at 200mcg per day when compared to a placebo improving body composition and even when compared to another form of Chromium Chromium Picolonate was shown to increased lean mass. 

Another study has shown Chromium to be beneficial for fat loss, without loss in lean mass. There are a wealth of studies to go by, however this one compared Chromax® to other weight loss solutions. One last interesting study we thought we’d point out, is that Chromax® has even been shown to be beneficial for cognitive function in older adults at 1000mcg. While we would like to see more research for this purpose, this study was certainly interesting.

Interactions with Chromax®
