Today, we are looking at Soul Performance Nutrition, a relatively new brand that currently only has one product, yet they did such a good job with it that we look forward to what they have in the future. Not only do they have promise, they also have their heads in the right place.

One thing we have to give Soul Performance a lot of credit for, they did not simply start their brand with a basic pre-workout, fat burner, or protein powder. Soul Performance started off with Electrolyte Endurance Powder, which is an intra-workout. Already off to a good start, but why is it really any different from the rest? Well the quick answer to that is yes. Electrolyte Endurance Powder is an intra-workout supplement that is not simply a EAA/BCAA product with some good flavoring. This is an intra that really focuses on not just short term performance, but recovery and long-term performance as well. 

The profile starts off with an extensive array of vitamins and minerals. As far as quality goes, you can rest assured that Electrolyte Endurance Powder is using high quality ingredients. You are getting TRAACS forms of minerals, which have high bioavailability. The little things matter for sure.

So that does it for minerals, but what about the real sexy stuff? Well, the first ingredient in Electrolyte Endurance Powder is PeakO2, which is a blend of mushrooms from Compound Solutions. Senactiv is a patented ingredient that has been shown to increase time to exhaustion in high intensity interval training. It increases ATP production, which can help with performance and recovery. A study done on Senactiv in healthy young males showed that men taking Senactiv increased their performance on high intensity interval training while cycling up to 20% when compared to a placebo. Finally we have S7. which is another ingredient from FutureCeuticals.
