Cellucor has added another product to their Project Clear Evolution campaign; this time is it an upgraded version of C4 Ultimate. C4 Ultimate will feature more nitrates and a fully transparent label.
Cellucor has increased the amount of nitrates in the new C4 Ultimate. The upgraded version contains Creatine Nitrate at 1g and Citrulline Nirate (as NO3-C) at 1g. We are seeing Cellucor use the NO3-C Citrulline Nitrate in many of their new product launches.
The new formulation also includes 6g pump complex including Citrulline, Citrulline Malate and the NO3-C Citrulline we just talked about. We get the full clinical dosage of CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine at 3.2g. Creatine HCL is used at 1g, which will aid in pumps and strength output. Creatine Nitrate, as mentioned earlier, is used at 1g. Taurine is dosed at 1g, which is a sufficient dosage for regulating electrolytes. NALT is used at 400mg for cognitive enhancement. Caffein is dosed at a solid 300mg. Another great cognitive enhacning ingredient used is AlphaSize Alpha-GPC at 200mg. TeaCrine, which works well when paired with caffeine, is dosed at 62.5mg which will help alleviate any crash and improve longer lasting energy. Rauwolfia is used at 1mg. Lastly we get 50mcg of Huperzine A, which aids in cognitive enhancement.
The new C4 Ultimate is available in five flavors: Sour Batch Bros, Icy Blue Raz, Strawberry Watermelon, Cotton Candy and Orange Mango.
Fitness Informant's POV
This is a solid formula for C4 Ultimate, but we knew it would be. Cellucor makes pre-workouts across the spectrum in terms of product effectiveness with C4 Ultimate being the top tier of their pre-workout game. We have not used this yet but plan to do so soon. We don't have any issues with the label. We like the use of nitrates and nootropics. We fully expect this to be a solid energy, great pump and focus pre-workout supplement.
