Well, it looks as if the story has finally come to an end. If you remember, a little over a year ago, we reported on the lawsuit between ThermoLife International and Compound Solutions. Well, the lawsuit is now officially over.
Originally, the first complaint was dismissed, as the court found it defective. Thermolife was given a chance to fix this issue with an amended complaint, however that complaint was dismissed as well with prejudice. All that is left is Compound Solutions trying to have their attorney fees awarded.

We're glad to see this is over. After months of not hearing anything about this case, a sudden end to it is somewhat relieving. Other than that, we do not have much more to say, other than it is nice to see Vaso6 is here to stay.
