Core Nutritionals Poise Profile Revealed

core poise

Core Nutritionals is back, and they have finally revealed the profile for their upcoming Women’s Health supplement Poise. Let’s take a quick look at the profile.

core poiseThe first ingredient in Poise is Tyrosine. Tyrosine is usually used as a nootropic, however it also may help with thyroid health as well, as you can look at it as a building block for thyroid hormones. Following this you get 500mg of Turmeric. Turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory benefits.

The next ingredient is Olive Leaf extract at 500mg, and a 20% standardization of oleuropein. Olive Leaf provides antioxidants and is usually used for heart health. You get 500mg in Poise. Following this, you get Chaste Tree Extract, which is usually used to help with PMS. It may support normal hormone levels in women, and you get 270mg in Poise

The next ingredient is Setria® L-Glutathione. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant in the body, and you are getting 250mg of a trademarked form of it. Following this you get DIM, which is used for hormonal balanced and it may support healthy Estrogen levels.

Finally you get Pregnenolone, which Core has put in multiple products over the past year, including Zone and Fury. It may help with focus, however in here it is probably used more for supporting female hormonal health. You get 5mg in Poise. Finally you get Bioperine®, which may help with absorption of some ingredients, particularly Turmeric.

The product is set to launch in the near future, and we will be doing an in-depth look at the profile here soon.

Final Takeaway

Well me and Ryan are not Women, so this isn't something we would go out and take. With that said it does have a very solid looking profile, with some great ingredients that we wouldn't mind taking ourselves. Be sure to stay on the lookout for an in-depth guide on it here in the near future.
