GHOST has launched their seasonal high protein hot cocoa mixes again for the 2022 season. The brand has added a new flavor to their pre-existing flavor of Milk Chocolate. Chocolate Peppermint will also be available for purchase as the brand added this as a second flavor option.
GHOST hot cocoa mix is not a traditional protein powder. It uses ProTherma Hydrolyzed Whey Protein from Glanbia, which was created to withstand high temperatures without denaturing the protein.
Each tub is 15-servings and contains 20g of protein per serving. The Milk Chocolate flavor includes mini-marshmallows, the Chocolate Peppermint version does not.

Final Takeaway
I find myself drinking this a lot. I live in an area where temperatures are just above 0 degrees so it is nice to drink something warm that is not caffeinated. I do love the new Chocolate Peppermint, I think I actually like it better than the OG. Get them now before they are gone.
