GHOST Hydration has finally arrived. GHOST has officially launched their everyday hydration product in two flavors: Kiwi Strawberry and Lemon Crush.
The formula features 1,500mg Taurine which aids in electrolyte regulation and endurance. Users also get Potassium Citrate at 1,036mg, Magnesium Citrate at 565mg and Sodium Citrate at 323mg which are electrolytes. In addition, GHOST uses Aquamin at 500mg. PureWay-C, the highest bioavailable form of Vitamin C, is dosed at 195mg. Himalayan Pink Salt is also used at 192mg. Lastly, GHOST uses a full 50mg of Senactiv to aid in recovery and endurance.
This is one of the best hydration formulas on the market today. The flavoring system (we tried via our podcast) is solid. You do not get a lot of salt to the flavor which is a positive. Both Kiwi Strawberry and Lemon Crush are delicious.

Final Takeaway
Love this product. This is a daily driver at our office. Both Danielle and I drink it religiously as we need to consume copious amounts of water. This flavors the water and gives us the benefit of electrolytes. I prefer Lemon Crush, but I know D likes Kiwi Strawberry. You should buy this, seriously.
