GHOST continues to update and upgrade formulas on their pills and powders line, even with the ongoing success of GHOST Energy. GHOST revealed today that Legend V3 will officially be going live on May 17th featuring new flavors, updated servings and an updated formula.
GHOST Legend V3 will be a globally compliant formula. In order to become globally compliant, GHOST had to make some slight changes to the formula.
The formula change may differ if you were used to the US version or the EU/UK version. We will discuss the changes from the US version V2 to the V3 version.
The most notable change will be the removal of Alpha-GPC, Taurine, Tyrosine and Senactiv. Alpha-GPC was swapped for 500mg VitaCholine. Alpha-GPC has been banned in dietary in several countries, GHOST wanted a global formula. GHOST also removed Rauwolfia. Users will most likely not notice much of a difference.
NeuroFactor will be used at 100mg. This was not found in Legend V2, but was found in the EU version and limited editions like the Maxx Chewning version. The addition of NeuroFactor makes the removal of Tyrosine a non-issue.
Key ingredients like 4g Citrulline, 1,500mg Nitrosigine, 3.2g Beta-Alanine, 250mg Natural Caffeine and 100mg Theobromine will remain unchanged.
Another key update to V3 from V2 is the increase from 25-servings to 30-servings per tub. The price point will remain the same.
Lastly, a new flavor of GHOST Legend will be launched with the V3 release. Lemon Crush will join the line-up as the newest flavor. This will be available in the EU/UK as well as the US. Other flavors include Blue Raspberry, Warheads Sour Watermelon, Sour Patch Kids Redberry and Sonic Cherry Limeade. Redberry and Cherry Limeade will be US only.

Honestly, I like the updates. I think the value play going from 25-servings to 30-servings is smart and the formula with it is still great. I love Alpha-GPC so it is sad to see it go, but I also love NeuroFactor and VitaCholine is a nice touch. I am not a big fan of Rauwolfia so I am good on this going away. Overall I think this is still a really good formula and you will get 5 more servings per tub.
