GHOST Sleep is the brand's first take at the sleep aid category. A category dominated by big corporations and Melatonin, GHOST has taken a different approach to sleep and recovery.

L-Glycine – 3,000mg

GABA – 1,000mg

KSM-66 Ashwagandha – 600mg

L-Trytophan

A typical dosage of Trytophan is 500mg.
SerinAid – 400mg
SerinAid delivers 50% or 200mg of Phosphatidylserine. Phosphatidylserine is often used to help reduce elevated cortisol levels. Cortisol is a stress hormone that can interfere with sleep, especially if it remains high at night.
Phosphatidylserine is known for its cognitive-enhancing properties, which include improved memory, focus, and mental clarity. Better cognitive function can indirectly improve sleep by reducing the mental restlessness or overthinking that can keep people awake at night.

Full Yield Melatonin – 3mg
Out of the 3mg Melatonin users will get 1.5mg of immediate release Melatonin and 1.5mg of MicroActive sustained release Melatonin. The combination of the fast acting and slower acting Melatonin will aid users into falling asleep faster but staying in a deep sleep for longer.
The 3mg Melatonin dosage is acceptable.
